With the increased and growing influx of international students, Universities and Colleges in Malaysia are challenged with the need to provide an effective safety and security management practices and student management procedures to meet the diversity in its services and the academic community environment. Security Management today is an increasingly complex task.
Search Training Centre in its efforts to promote the understanding and highlight the current development of security practices surrounding campuses, is conducting a 2-day Campus Security Workshop, the second in its series of campus security workshops.
After years of effort to obtain academic qualifications, the next step would be to obtain gainful employment. For the lucky few job offers come plentiful and easily, but for others jobs remain elusive. The Complete Graduate! is a programme designed to assist and enhance the graduate so that he would be more attractive to prospective employers. The programme is 3 months long and ends with the graduate obtaining employment through a Job Placement Module. It is open to new graduates of any course or major who are unemployed and who have obtained at least a diploma qualification that is Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam or Malaysian Qualifications Agency certified. Potential graduates who have already sat for their final exams and are awaiting graduation can also participate in this programme.
